Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an estimator.
Able to:
- Calculate project quantities and volumes from technical drawings
- Perform unit price analysis (AHS)
- Operate AutoCAD, Sketch Up, SAP
2000/ETABS, and related software
Highly detail-oriented and accurate in calculations.
Strong understanding of actual market pricing and construction costs.
Able to support project cost control during execution.
