OFFICER - IT SYSTEM SUPPORT (SUMMARECON MALL MAKASSAR)

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in IT System Support, IT Helpdesk, System Administration, or a related position will be an advantage, as well as experience in team coordination.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networking, operating systems, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
• Able to perform monitoring and troubleshooting of IT systems, networks, hardware, and software, as well as coordinate with vendors or relevant parties in handling technical issues.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate a team and ensure IT support is delivered effectively.

• Coordinate and ensure IT system support activities run effectively to support the company’s operational needs.
• Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, hardware, software, networks, and other supporting devices.
• Handle and follow up on technical issues and ensure IT problems are resolved within the established target timeframe.
• Coordinate with vendors and relevant parties in handling IT requirements and issues.
• Perform documentation and prepare reports related to IT support, system maintenance, and technical issues, ensuring IT systems and devices function optimally.
