We need a regional retail operator who can handle sales, manage operations, and lead a team to make the regional stores benchmarks.

• dOperational Coordination:
  Manage directly operated and authorized stores, set sales plans and targets, and lead the region to achieve higher market share
• .Operational Implementation:
  Monitor daily store standards and market activities to maximize brand image and store efficiency
• .Team Empowerment:
  Lead the regional team, conduct training, build a talent pipeline, and increase the number of reliable personnel
• .Multi-Party
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate with new retail platforms to promote business, maintain good relationships with authorized dealers and suppliers, and ensure successful cooperation
• .Store Expansion:
  Plan the regional store system, work with the expansion team to achieve store opening goals, and expand the business footprint

.We are looking for someone like you

• :10+ years of sales/retail experience, 5+ years of regional management experience, consumer electronics industry preferre
• dUnderstand international retail practices, with successful case studies in regional business expansion/managemen
• tSkilled in project management, able to efficiently implement tasks
• .Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English as a working language
