Store Supervisor

Store Supervisor for a children's clothing store located at Trans Mall Makassar.

Key responsibilities

Ensure sales targets are achieved

Prioritise customer satisfaction

Execute procedures and administration in accordance with established SOPs to support operations

Conduct control and checks on store inventory

Perform stock opname at the store according to scheduled times with full responsibility

Ensure quality standards and customer service are met, handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues

Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports to head office

Provide training to staff on customer service standards

About you

Experience in Retail Fashion industry as Supervisor / Team Leader / Coordinator for minimum 1 year

Leadership skills, interpersonal and communication skills

Honest, neat, and detail-oriented

Willing to work shifting schedule and be placed at the store, 6 days/week, minimum 8 hours work (excl. break time)
