Role Description
The Finance, Accounting, & Tax (FAT) Staff role is a full-time, on-site (hybrid) position based in Malang.
Key Responsibilities
- Record transactions and prepare journal entries & account reconciliation
- Support monthly closing and financial reporting
- Prepare data and supporting documents for PPN & PPh
- Ensure accurate and compliant financial & tax administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of Accounting Cycle, AP/AR, Bank Reconciliation, PPN & PPh
- Familiar with Accounting Software / ERP
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and highly responsible
- Experience in retail/e-commerce is a plus
- Experience handling Shopee, Tokopedia, Tik Tok Shop, or Lazada is a plus
- Experience with payment gateway reconciliation is a plus
- Familiar with Coretax and/or Brevet A/B is a plus
