Job Summary

Come join our team! At Homewatch Care Givers of Malden, we are looking for compassionate caregivers to provide quality in‑home care. We have an immediate opening for HHAs and CNAs in Malden, Everett, Melrose, Medford, Revere, Somerville, Cambridge, Arlington, Stoneham, Saugus, Wakefield, Winchester, MA area. This position is for someone with 3+ years of experience. 7am‑3pm Monday‑Friday guaranteed hours. There are opportunities to pick up more hours if desired but ability to work this shift consistently each week is required.

• Certification is not required, but must be able to provide verification of any certifications held
• Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility
• Must pass national and multi‑jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, as well as TB and drug screening tests
• Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or photo
• Must have reliable transportation

• High school degree or equivalent
• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields is a plus
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Positive, caring and patient personality
• Ability to make engaging conversation with client
• Ability to handle a light physical workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
