As a Talented BCBA
, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans to support our clients in achieving their goals. You will work closely with our team of therapists, parents, and caregivers to develop and maintain a supportive environment that fosters growth and development.

• Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with autism and related disorders
• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy services to clients
• Collaborate with our team of therapists, parents, and caregivers to develop and maintain a supportive environment that fosters growth and development
• Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans
• Develop and implement data collection systems to track client progress
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
• BCBA certification
• Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for travel to clients' homes)
