Job Summary:At Champions ABA - MA, we are committed to providing compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders. As an Experienced Behavior Technician
, you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with behavior analysts and other professionals to deliver high-quality services to our clients. Implement behavioral interventions and strategies, as developed by the behavior analyst, in one-on-one or group settings, to support individuals with ASD and related neurodevelopmental disorders
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior, as required by the behavior analyst and agency
Collaborate with the behavior analyst and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain a safe and organized therapeutic environment, adhering to all safety protocols and agency policies
Provide ongoing support and reinforcement to family members and caregivers, as needed
Participate in regular training and supervision sessions, as scheduled

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field preferred
