Job Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals in Malden, MA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for our clients. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities

  • Conduct assessments and behavioral analyses to understand client needs

  • Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other professionals on behavior intervention strategies

  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care for each client

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

  • Minimum 0 years of experience as a BCBA or related field

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
