SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Malden, MA. We are seeking reliable and compassionate caregivers who are ready to provide quality in-home care. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with short-hour and long-hour shifts on weekdays and weekends.
What We Offer- $20 to $23 per hour

- Urgent openings in Malden
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
- Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment
- Follow individual care plans and daily routines
- Communicate client needs or changes to the care team
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
- Able to work the agreed-upon shift schedule
