We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans and maintaining compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other staff.
• Respond promptly to changes in residents’ conditions and provide appropriate interventions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Foster a safe, clean, and positive environment for residents, families, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.

• Current and valid RN license in Missouri.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Experience in long-term care, geriatrics, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
