The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge and experience in field service, specifically in the installation of heating, air conditioning, and ductless systems. This role requires an individual who can read and work independently, and collaborate effectively with other technicians to ensure high‑quality installations.

• Install systems according to specifications and local codes.
• Conduct thorough inspections of existing systems to determine necessary repairs or upgrades.
• Ensure proper installation and functionality by reading and interpreting system documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning and replacing filters.
• Troubleshoot issues with air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment.
• Collaborate with service technicians to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Build components as needed for system installations or repairs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in HVAC installation.

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role in property maintenance or mechanical fields.
• Strong mechanical and technical manuals.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
• Certified or licensed in HVAC preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full‑time | Pay: $28.00 - $42.00 per hour | Expected hours: 8 per day

Benefits:

Education:

High school or equivalent;
Residential/Light Commercial Installation: 2 years required.
