Foster Care Case Manager: $25.00 per hour
Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. has a full‑time opening for a Foster Care Case Manager at our Easthampton office, providing intensive case management to youths. Duties include communication and relationship‑building with clients and all collateral partners (schools, funding partners, therapists, agencies, foster homes, etc.), setting limits for youth, developing interventions, and collaborating with guardians, therapists and other providers to set goals toward individual success.
Must participate in on‑call services as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in the human service or behavioral science field
- LSW, LSWA, or license‑eligible
- Familiarity with trauma‑informed care
- Approved CORI & DCF background checks (performed by the EEC)
- Approved driving background check
- Valid driver’s licence
- Auto insurance: NCYF requires Foster Care Case Managers to have at minimum optional Bodily Injury to Others (coverage part 5 on a Mass Auto policy) limits of $100,000 per person / $300,000 per accident,edwe and Damage to Someone Else’s Property (part
4) limits of at least $100,000 on the personal vehicle(s) used to transport clients. Proof of coverage must be provided prior to employment.
