Promote a positive health and safety culture, ensuring site activities comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
Assist with site inductions, toolbox talks, risk assessments and method statement compliance.
Monitor materials, deliveries and site logistics to ensure resources are available when required.
Liaise with the Site Manager, technical teams, contractors and other stakeholders to resolve site issues and maintain progress.
Support inspections, quality checks and sign-off processes throughout the build programme.
Help ensure plots are completed to the required specification and handed over in line with programme deadlines.
Maintain accurate site records and contribute to progress reporting.
Assist with customer care and handover activities, ensuring completed homes meet the developer's quality expectations.
