About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join our team in Maldon on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for immediate work in a supportive and structured production environment. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembling and unboxing products
  • Building keyboards, keypads, and audio pads
  • Following set processes and instructions to assemble components accurately
  • Preparing and checking finished items
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Working efficiently to meet production targets
Working Hours

The working schedule alternates weekly:

  • Week 1: Monday to Friday
    • Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
    • Friday: 7:30am - 3:00pm
  • Week 2: Monday to Thursday
    • 7:30am - 4:30pm
