Housing Solutions Officer - Maldon
Contract
£24.00 per hour PAYE - approx. £46,800.00 per annum
Full time
Duties and responsibilities- Carrying out detailed housing assessments and making decisions under relevant housing legislation
- Developing and reviewing Personalised Housing Plans with applicants
- Providing accurate advice on housing options, including privately rented accommodation, supported housing, and tenancy sustainment
- Liaising with internal departments and external partners to secure appropriate housing solutions
- Managing a complex caseload and maintaining accurate, up-to-date case records
- Promoting a trauma-informed, person-centred approach to service delivery
