We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Forklift Truck Driver to join a busy and growing warehouse team. This is a fantastic temporary-to-permanent opportunity for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver who is looking for long-term stability, development opportunities, and a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely carry out daily warehouse operations in line with health and safety procedures
- Receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch stock accurately
- Operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks and warehouse equipment safely
- Complete pre-use equipment and vehicle safety checks
- Process deliveries, returns, and dispatch documentation
- Maintain accurate stock records and system updates
- Assist with freight bookings and shipment preparation
- Support stock counts and inventory activities
- Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with warehouse standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and a positive safety culture
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Valid RTITB Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to carry out manual handling duties
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
Desirable
- Bendi Forklift experience
- Experience using bale or pole attachments
- Around 2 years' experience within a warehouse, manufacturing or shop-floor environment
