The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to lead new customer acquisition for Click Mint. This role owns the sales process from first meaningful conversation through contract execution, working directly with senior decision-makers at e-commerce brands. You’ll be selling a sophisticated, outcome-driven platform in a consultative sales environment—clarity, judgment, and discipline matter here.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle from qualified introduction through close
  • Lead discovery with Heads of E-commerce, Growth, Digital, GMs, and COOs
  • Clearly present Click Mint’s platform, experimentation approach, and commercial model
  • Guide prospects through evaluation, pricing, and contracting
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Hub Spot
  • Coordinate clean handoffs to Product and Experiment Operations teams
What Success Looks Like
  • Consistent closure of high-quality, six-figure ACV agreements
  • Clear expectation-setting and strong internal handoffs
  • Healthy early-stage customer retention
  • Predictable, disciplined pipeline management
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (e-commerce, martech, or digital platforms preferred)
  • Proven success closing six-figure ACV deals
  • Experience selling to senior business and marketing leaders
  • Strong communication, judgment, and deal qualification skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Compensation & Structure
  • Commission on first-year contract value
  • No renewal commission or accelerators
