Location: Malibu, California
Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Night Shift)

Job Summary: Passages Malibu is seeking a Resident Support Technician to be the primary contact for residents, ensuring their safety and compliance with our holistic, non‑12 Step addiction program. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking healthcare experience.

• Assist with intake process, handling incoming calls, room changes, and passes.
• Assist residents with daily schedules and activities.
• Monitor resident detoxification process by checking on residents at assigned intervals.
• Conduct bag searches, random searches, and collect UDS (Urine Drug Screens) from residents as directed.
• Ensure resident compliance with facility rules and guidelines.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED equivalent required;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Driver's License:
  Current, valid California Driver License with a good driving record.

• Regular driving of company vehicles.
• Regular local travel among company locations.
• Must fulfill pre‑employment conditions: tuberculosis screening (annually thereafter), background check (including criminal and driving record), drug screening, and reference checks. Ongoing monitoring and screenings during employment in accordance with the law and company policy.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet 24/7/365 healthcare facility needs.
