Barback – Little Beach House Malibu

Join Soho House & Co as a Barback at Little Beach House Malibu. In this role you will assist bartenders, maintain bar stock, clean and support the service experience for all guests.

• Upkeep the bar, stocking alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, garnishes, paper goods and supplies.
• Assist bartenders and management with bar presentation and approachability.
• Ensure liquor rooms, beer coolers and bars remain clean—sweeping, mopping, trash removal.
• Set up for member, guest and private events, stocking required supplies.
• Help with inventory, advise on replenishment and create purchase orders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisory staff.

• 1+ year experience in F&B operations or a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Detail oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and able to work well under pressure.

• Capable of using both hands to lift, pull, carry or lift at least 40 pounds.
• Able to stand on feet for at least 8 hours.
• Rapid movement required between locations in the club.
• Occasional kneeling, bending, crouching and climbing.

$17.87 – $17.87 USD per hour (California, full time). Salary may vary by location and experience.
