As the Financial Services Administrator you will work closely with Financial Advisers and Insurance Specialists, providing essential administrative support while delivering an excellent customer service experience to clients.

A key part of this role will be writing suitability reports.

Experience with in this is essential.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring all processes run smoothly, efficiently and to a high standard.

This role as the Financial Services Administrator will include the below responsibilities:

Handling client administration for IFAs, including new business and policy renewals
Deal and solve client enquiries promptly and effectively
Managing policy servicing, performing valuations, and working with online systems
Writing reports, researching the market, and recommending appropriate solutions for clients
Building relationships with insurers to secure the best service and terms
The ideal candidate for this Financial Services Administrator role will require:

Previous administration exposure in financial services is essential
Previous exposure writing suitability reports
Experience using Intelligence Office systems is preferred but not essential
A naturally confident communicator
A relationship builder looking to provide a professional and personable service
Attentive with a keen eye for detail
Previous exposure with financial wealth would be advantageous
