Base pay is £19 per standard 30‑minute viewing, with higher rates for longer, photographic or inspection assignments. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

• Show potential buyers and tenants around properties in your spare time.
• Conduct property viewings, meet & greet appointments, video viewings, photography, floor plans, inspections and related tasks.
• Accept or decline appointments as you see fit.

• Flexibility:
  Work is freelance and appointments can be accepted or rejected at your discretion.
• Payment: £19 for a typical viewing, with higher payments for longer or specialized tasks.
• Nationwide presence:
  Assignments are offered within your stated travel radius across the U.K.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Be punctual, reliable and comfortable working alone.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• A DBS or Disclosure Scotland certificate dated within the last 3 years.
