Location: Tesco Maltby, SS6 8LG

Pay Rate: £13.47 per hour

Hours: 0 - 40 Hours Per Week

Contract: Flexi Contract

Working Days: Monday to Sunday

Shift Patterns: 14:30 - 22:30, 12:15 - 20:15, plus various shifts

Requirement: Valid SIA Security Licence Essential

Kingdom Services Group is currently recruiting for a Retail Security Officer to join our team at Tesco Maltby, SS6 8LG
. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional, customer-focused, and reliable Security Officer looking for a flexible role within a busy retail environment.

You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping experience for customers and colleagues while helping to reduce stock loss, deter theft, and support store operations.

• Conduct regular patrols throughout the store.
• Provide a visible security presence to deter theft and anti-social behaviour.
• Monitor store activity and respond appropriately to incidents.
• Support store colleagues in maintaining a safe working environment.
• Complete accurate incident reports and relevant security documentation.
• Deal with challenging situations professionally and confidently.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers when required.
• Liaise with store management, emergency services, and local authorities when necessary.

We Are Seeking Individuals Who Have

• A valid SIA Security Licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A professional, reliable, and confident approach.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• A full 5-year checkable employment history.
• Previous retail security experience (desirable but not essential).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

This Is a Flexible Contract Offering 0 - 40 Hours Per Week. Candidates Must Be Available To Work Across a Range Of Shifts, Including

• 12:15 - 20:15
• 14:30 - 22:30
• Various additional shifts as required by the business
