Salary : £30,000 - £33,000 (DOE)

About the Role We're looking for a motivated Accounts Assistant to join a small, collaborative finance team that's moving towards a more digital and streamlined way of working. This is a hands‑on role with plenty of variety, ideal for someone with a few years' experience who wants to develop their skills and grow within a supportive and established business.

• Manage purchase ledger and sales ledger tasks
• Handle credit control and maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger postings
• Support month‑end processes and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
• Contribute to process improvements and system upgrades

• Previous experience in an accounts or finance role
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external liaison
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
