Role
Our Order & Export Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, accurate, and timely delivery of customer orders across domestic and international markets.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate orders from start to finish, collaborating with customers, account managers, freight forwarders, external warehouses and internal departments.
- Take ownership of your workload, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Resolve issues proactively and, where necessary, escalate to maintain high service levels.
- Ensure export documentation and related administration are completed accurately and in line with compliance requirements.
- Participate in daily team check‑ins and provide clear hand‑overs to supporting teams.
- Handle escalations professionally and support problem‑resolution activities.
- Drive customer satisfaction by identifying root causes of issues and supporting improvement initiatives.
- Support the development of training materials and deliver process or system training where required.
- Assist the O2C Team Lead with prioritisation of daily activities and team coordination.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimisation projects.
- Promote a respectful, collaborative, and positive team environment.
- Confident communicator with strong relationship building skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Positive and proactive approach with willingness to learn and support others.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Collaborative team player with a professional and ethical approach.
- Continuous improvement mindset with confidence to suggest new ideas.
- Previous experience within customer service, order management, or export coordination.
- Experience handling export documentation or international shipping processes desirable.
- Good IT skills with confidence working with systems and data.
- SAP experience beneficial.
