Role

Our Order & Export Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, accurate, and timely delivery of customer orders across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate orders from start to finish, collaborating with customers, account managers, freight forwarders, external warehouses and internal departments.
  • Take ownership of your workload, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Resolve issues proactively and, where necessary, escalate to maintain high service levels.
  • Ensure export documentation and related administration are completed accurately and in line with compliance requirements.
  • Participate in daily team check‑ins and provide clear hand‑overs to supporting teams.
  • Handle escalations professionally and support problem‑resolution activities.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by identifying root causes of issues and supporting improvement initiatives.
  • Support the development of training materials and deliver process or system training where required.
  • Assist the O2C Team Lead with prioritisation of daily activities and team coordination.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimisation projects.
  • Promote a respectful, collaborative, and positive team environment.

Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience within customer service, order management, or export coordination.
  • Experience handling export documentation or international shipping processes desirable.
  • Good IT skills with confidence working with systems and data.
  • SAP experience beneficial.
