The role requires someone with a positive attitude, who commands an understanding of using hand & power tool skills and also demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and experiment. The role offers exciting opportunities for a person who can rise to the challenge and appreciates that each new project offers exciting new prospects. You will be required to work in other departments.

• To be trained in operating CNC, Laser and Zund machines, and operate when required.
• To familiarise with all aspects of production, and work with colleagues to develop new skills.
• To be fully aware of deadlines and make managers aware when these are at risk.
• To ensure good housekeeping practices & ensure all machinery kept in fully maintained and safe condition within their responsibility..
• To be aware of the company's health & safety policy and requirements.
• Ensure a high level of care and accuracy with all operations.
• To be flexible and prepared to do overtime if required.
• To undertake tasks in a safe manner that poses no threat of potential hazard to oneself or third parties.
• Deal with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
