Are you a Technical Manager from a food manufacturing background looking for an opportunity to further develop your career within a market-leading food manufacturer, where you will step into a high-impact site leadership position with significant responsibility and influence?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity where you will lead the site's technical function, manage an established management team and pay a key role in shaping technical strategy, food safety culture, and continuous improvement across the site.
This company is a well-established food manufacturer, producing premium British products, offering a great working environment, where you will have the opportunity to develop your team, contribute to succession planning, work closely with customers and senior stakeholders.
You will be responsible for leading and developing the technical team, driving food safety culture and ensuring the site maintains the highest standards of safety, legality and quality. You will oversee HACCP and the Quality Management System, take responsibility for customer and third-party audits, manage technical KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the site.
This role would suit an experienced Technical Manager from a food background looking to step into a senior position.
The role:- Lead the site's technical function and manage the Factory Technical Manager, Technical Services Manager and Compliance Manager
- Take ownership of food safety, quality, ACCP, QMS, retailer compliance and customer/third-party audits
- Drive technical strategy and KPI performance
- Technical Manager

- Experience with BRC standards and retailer codes of practice
(QMS), Retailer Codes of Practice, M&S, Technical Compliance, Food Safety Culture.
