Skilled Butcher

A skilled role with real opportunity in a leading food business

We're looking for Skilled Butchers to join our team at our Malton site. Working across key areas including main butchery, primal cutting and middle debone, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced production environment.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 5:30am to 3:30pm

Pay:
Weekly paid, from £36,504 to £44,221 per annum

• Carry out skilled butchery tasks to high standards of quality, hygiene and food safety
• Work as part of a production team to achieve daily targets
• Maintain accuracy and consistency through attention to detail
• Support a safe, clean and efficient working environment
• Follow site procedures and quality standards at all times

• Previous experience in butchery or slaughter operations, preferably within a processing or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• A reliable and team-focused approach
• Flexibility to support production requirements
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Training may be available for candidates who have relevant experience and are keen to develop their skills.
