Store Manager – Heron Foods

Salary: £33,000 per annum plus bonus opportunity (inclusive of £2,000 weighting allowance)

Hours:

45 hrs per week

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure operational excellence in store presentation, stock management and health & safety compliance.
• Provide hands‑on leadership, coaching, and foster a high‑performing store environment.
• Develop talent within the team, create succession plans, and support ongoing career growth.

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or a similar leadership role.
• A strong track record of developing teams and achieving results.
• A genuine passion for retail, customer service, and delivering exceptional outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, community‑focused retail environment.
