Accounts Payable Clerk

We are currently looking for a mature and organised accounts officer to join our friendly team. Based in our Malvern dealership you will be responsible for the accounts administration of 4 vehicle brands over 2 sales sites in a role that will keep you busy and engaged all day.

• Processing of all creditors invoices
• Creditor account reconciliations and payment preparation
• General ledger account reconciliations and journal processing
• Additional accounting duties as required

• A solid background in accounts payable and general accounting
• Excellent organisation and time management skills with an attention to detail
• The ability to think outside the square and take the initiative
• Strong communication skills
• Strong computer skills including automotive dealership packages and Microsoft Office

While previous automotive experience is preferred, training and support for the right candidate will be provided.
