About the Role:A kind, outdoorsy family based in Malvern, VIC is seeking a warm and reliable nanny/house manager to care for their two boys (aged 3 & 4 yrs old). This role is perfect for someone active and organised who enjoys being part of a close-knit household and supporting a well-balanced mix of childcare and home life.

The family is looking for someone who is confident managing busy routines, engaging the children in meaningful play, supporting their learning, and helping keep the home running smoothly.

The Ideal Nanny Will Be:

✔ Calm, kind, and fair – able to support and care for both boys with patience and consistency
✔ Proactive and clean – someone who notices what needs doing and takes initiative
✔ Active and fun – enjoys sport, swimming, and keeping kids engaged in active play
✔ Organised and experienced – can manage a full day and care for two young active boys and the house management confidently

Your Typical Week:

• Start the morning by supporting the boys through their routine and breakfast
• Drop off and pick up the eldest from Kindergarten (He attends 5 days per week- some part days)
• Drive them to and from scheduled activities (gym, swimming, tennis)
• Prepare meals: kids’ lunchboxes, simple family dinners, and snacks
• Engage the boys in creative and outdoor play
• Assist with household tasks (Clearing, tidying, sorting, laundry, vacuuming etc)
• Maintain open communication with the parents to keep things running smoothly

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience caring for young children
• Current full driver’s licence & own car preferred (family car available when required)
• Confident swimmer and physically active
• Comfortable preparing simple meals and lunchboxes
• First Aid Certificate & WWCC

Additional Notes:

• The family’s elderly dog may visit occasionally
• Speaking another language is a bonus, but not required
