At Arkansas Early Learning (AEL), we believe every child deserves an opportunity to succeed, no matter their circumstances. AEL serves vulnerable children ages birth to five and their families across Arkansas through Early Head Start and Head Start. We provide transformational learning programs to vulnerable children within a childcare setting and offer free Infant, Toddler, and Pre‑K educational childcare/daycare programs serving 21 counties.

NOW HIRING A PROGRAM ASSISTANT / TEACHER AIDE

As a Program Assistant, you will support comprehensive Head Start services to children and families enrolled in our program. You will work in the center environment to assist staff with creating rich learning opportunities that build on daily routines and support each child's development and education.

• 18 years old or older
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Full‑time schedule with weekends off
• 26 paid days off in the first year
• Competitive pay ($15.00 – $16.00 per hour)
