Keystone Human Services is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our Intellectual Disability Services team.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will empower individuals with intellectual disabilities to live full, meaningful lives within their communities by providing person-centered support that values individuality, respect, and choice

Key Responsibilities:

* Create a healthy, engaging home environment
* Provide individualized support in alignment with each person’s service plan
* Teach and assist with daily living skills and personal care
* Support individuals in achieving valued social roles and independence
* Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
* Provide transportation to activities, employment, and appointments
* Advocate for the health, wellness, and independence of the people we support
* Build positive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries
* Collaborate with team members and families to ensure meaningful outcomes

Position Details:* $20.50 per hour
* Full Time and Part Time (first/second shifts, rotating weekends)
* Fast 40 (Friday – Monday)
* Casual/Per Diem (varying schedule, includes weekends)

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
* Effective oral and written communication skills
* Ability to read, interpret, and apply written information
* Basic computer skills, including use of software and web-based systems
* Ability to successfully complete Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR, and other required trainings within mandated time frames
