Systems, LLC – an affiliate of Chamberlain Group – is a U.S.
-based manufacturer of loading dock equipment marketed under the Poweramp, DLM, and McGuire brands. We operate manufacturing facilities in Germantown, Wisconsin and Malvern, Arkansas, all products are designed and produced in the USA using lean manufacturing techniques. We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler II to join our Manufacturing and Production group.
- Perform skilled fitting and mechanical or hydraulic type assembly of parts, sub‑assemblies, and related units using hand tools, power tools, or equipment.
- Perform in‑depth inspection to ensure the product meets specifications and quality standards.
- Do aligning, adjusting, and required secondary machining.
- Work from drawings, specifications, and shop orders.
- Use required precision measuring instruments and gauging devices.
- Operate cranes, hoists, or lift tables.
- Identify product defects and report issues to appropriate personnel.
- Keep accurate production records and logs.
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules across your team.
- Protect Company reputation by keeping information confidential.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating in projects as needed.
- No minimum education required.
- 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment or demonstrated sufficient competence in the area.
- Intermediate understanding of mechanical concepts and mechanical aptitude.
- Working knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $26.73/hr base pay may vary based on location, education, training, and experience. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) contribution, short‑term incentive plan, and other eligibility‑based benefits.
