** AIM or MISSION:
** The mission of this position is to assemble prefabricated parts into a high quality aluminum boat according to factory specifications and work orders assuring safety, durability and overall customer satisfaction.
** DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS:
*** Live and Promote Company Values
* Ability to read a tape measure.
* Ability to change wire properly.
* Ability to fix backlash/bird nest of wire in machine.
* Ability to assess gun functions.
* Knowledge of proper temperature settings
* How and when to change tips.
* Ability to identify excessive need for tip replacement.
* Flow meter/ regulator/orifice Understanding.
* Proper start up and shut down procedures.
* Do not unplug machines without lead/ supervisor approval.
* A consistency score. This will evolve to parameters. ( Live arc)
* Spacing, Buildup, penetration understanding.
* Ability to meet cycle times with acceptable quality on beginning MIG positions.
* Adherence to PPE policy per department standards.
* Welds prefabricated aluminum parts according to work orders using mig or tig welder.
* Utilizes tools and measuring instruments to position and align parts to assemble a good quality boat.
* Set-up and operate mig or tig welder.
* Fosters a culture of safety by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
* Participates in improvement efforts by input, feedback, and displaying willingness to adapt to change.
* Cleans and maintains an orderly work place.## Qualifications REQUIRED SKILLS &
