** As a Registered Nurse in our Stroke/Neurology unit, you will play a key role in advancing clinical practice and delivering exceptional patient-centred care. You will have the opportunity to use your skills and knowledge to make a real difference in patients’ lives while working within a collaborative and supportive team that values compassion, professionalism, and excellence in care.

* Key responsibilities:

*** Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with neurological disorders
* Monitor and document patients’ vital signs, neurological status, and treatment responses
* Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately and safely
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide holistic patient care
* Educate patients and families on managing neurological conditions and preventing complications
** About you
** You are an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse who is passionate about stroke and neurology care. You thrive in a team environment, have excellent communication skills, and are committed to delivering the highest standard of patient care within the Cabrini Mission and Values.
** You will have****:
*** Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Relevant nursing qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in an acute medical, stroke, or related speciality
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A compassionate, patient-focused approach
* Willingness to be an active, collaborative member of our team
