Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated gardener to join our team in Malvern, We are in search of a skilled gardener to maximize the potential and yield of our vegetable gardens and fruit trees. We own a special property in Tredyffrin with a Pre-Revolutionary War home on Valley Creek on 4 acres. We have a nice fenced garden and are going to be adding another protected garden area.

We also have many fruit trees, Grape vines, Blueberry plants, Blackberry plants, etc. We are looking for someone to plant and maintain our gardens helping us to keep away the pests and maximize the health and yield of our fruit trees, Vegetable Garden and strawberry patch. We would appreciate any help that you can provide. We would love to find an individual as we have companies that have helped us design and weed our other gardens, but have little to offer for our fruit and vegetables.

This role involves comprehensive plant care, ensuring our gardens are vibrant and thriving throughout the seasons. If you have a passion for nurturing plants and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you. Your primary responsibilities will include planting, watering, pruning, and general maintenance of a diverse range of plants. Experience in plant care and vegetable gardens is essential, as you'll be tasked with identifying plant health issues and applying appropriate solutions.

A good understanding of local plant species and their specific care requirements is a plus.
