Overview
Hours: Full-Time permanent (10 hour shift)

- Guaranteed full time employment at the end of your apprenticeship;
- Training to achieve a Level 2 Commis Chef Apprenticeship;
- A dedicated mentor and regular reviews;
- 224 hours annual leave entitlement
- Discounted hotel stays including within the spa and food and beverage departments;
Due to the nature of the business the roles would include daytime, evening and weekend work. You must be flexible and committed with an ability to work as a strong team player.
