Sales Advocate - Wireless Retail

The position opens immediately and offers a great sales incentive structure on top of the hourly wage. Those motivated in sales and customer service and thriving in a small team environment are encouraged to apply.

• To achieve your quota every month by selling wireless phones, accessories, service plans and service features.
• Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers, troubleshooting and finding solutions, and helping find Cricket products and services that best fit their needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during and after the sale to create long‑term customer relationships.
• Complete operational duties accurately and within required time‑frames.
• Enjoy making an impact while having fun!

• Proven retail sales experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
