Mammography Radiologist

We are looking for a per‑diem Mammography Fellowship trained or experienced Mammography Radiologist to work at Mammoth Lakes, California. This individual will read screening and diagnostic mammograms, perform breast ultrasounds, and guide breast biopsies on a regular schedule (2–3 weekdays at a time, with additional months or intervals as needed). The role may also involve reviewing other imaging studies (CT, MRI, X‑ray, DEXA, US, etc.)

if desired. The radiologist will provide occasional on‑site consultation and may be consulted off‑site for tough cases.

• Read screening and diagnostic mammograms and breast ultrasounds.
• Perform ultrasound‑guided breast biopsies.
• Consult with patients about diagnostic findings.
• Provide technologists with direction on additional views, positioning, and image quality feedback.
• Submit required MQSA CME and annual documentation.
• Consult with other mammography radiologists on challenging cases.

• Hold a California MD license with robust mammography experience; a fellowship in mammography is preferred.
