Hourly Pay Rate: $22.77-$24.58

• Involves supervising a team of rental technicians, coordinating rental activities, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional guest service.
• Supervisor reports to the Rental Manager and works closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Ideal learning environment for individuals looking to build a career with one of North America's leading resorts.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ski industry experience preferred, rental shop.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Proficient in using operational software and other computer applications.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management principles.
• Job may require performing duties such as lifting (40 pounds), shoveling snow, working in adverse weather conditions and direct sun.
