Mammoth Mountain, an Alterra Resort, is seeking a Snow Cat Grooming Supervisor to lead the Slope Maintenance team at Mammoth Lakes, CA. You will oversee all grooming operations, schedule operators, manage budgets, and coordinate with Garage Facility and outside contractors.
You’ll drive the Snow Sat fleet management initiative, develop training programs, and ensure safety and efficiency in a demanding mountain environment. This role requires strong leadership and a passion for winter operations.
