Hourly pay rate: $24.75 - $29.24
About this position:Transit bus drivers needed for the upcoming winter season in the beautiful Sierra Mountains (November-April).
- Drivers transport guests to and from lodges, hotels, and nearby destinations.
- Responsibilities: DMV-required inspections, paperwork, fueling, fluid checks, tire chaining in adverse weather, bus cleaning.
- Variable schedule; some evening/night work. Part-time considered. Typically, 4 days/week, up to 10 hours/day. Enjoy 3 days off to play in the Sierra!
- No more than 2 points on a current Driver's license. Must have a current Class A or B license with passenger and air brake endorsements.
- Safety Sensitive position subject to DOT drug and alcohol regulations.
- Must lift 50 pounds.
- 5 years driving experience.
- Guest service or public relations experience preferred.
- Professional, outgoing, and guest service-oriented demeanor.
- Strong work ethic. Effective communication with guests, employees & management.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Follow instructions & company policies.
- Training may be available for those without a CDL.
- Qualified candidates only. Pay dependent on experience.
