RequirementsBachelor's Degree (

Minimum 1 year of experience in Legal, Permit, or related roles.
Good understanding of property/project licensing and permitting processes.
Familiar with coordinating with government institutions.
Strong attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Willing to be based in Manado, North Sulawesi

Experience in a property/developer company
.
Knowledge of OSS-RBA, PBG/SLF, PKKPR, environmental permits
, and other property-related licensing requirements.
