Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the project management team to ensure the project runs smoothly based on the plan.
• Acquire resources and coordinate team members, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Manage and oversee the entire construction process, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards, and address any issues that arise.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any deviations from the planned schedule or budget and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, quality, and safety practices, and provide guidance and support to construction teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of project activities, including progress reports, change orders, and project closeout documentation.
• Report to General Manager Residential.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in working drawings in Civil Engineering (preferably in Real Estate).
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design types of houses, shophouses, and all project products.
• Strong leadership, commitment, organization, analytical, and dynamic team‑player skills.
• Target‑oriented with leadership, problem‑solving, and integrity.
• Visual awareness and eye for detail.
• Strong communication and project‑management skills.
• Experience in the property industry is a plus.
• Ready to join immediately.
