We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Discord Community Manager to lead the development and engagement of our Discord server. This role is responsible for fostering a positive, inclusive, and dynamic environment where members feel heard, supported, and motivated to participate.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, or support), oversee moderators, and implement strategies to grow, energize, and sustain the community.

• Manage and moderate the Discord server daily to ensure a safe and respectful environment
• Develop and execute community engagement strategies (e.g., events, discussions, contests)
• Monitor conversations, answer questions, and escalate relevant feedback to internal teams
• Create and enforce community guidelines in alignment with the brand’s values
• Collaborate with moderators and help recruit/train new ones as needed
• Generate reports on community sentiment, growth, and engagement trends
• Serve as the voice of the community internally and the brand externally within the server
• Work cross-functionally to support product launches, announcements, or campaigns via Discord

• Proven experience managing and growing online communities, preferably via Discord
• Strong understanding of Discord’s features, tools, bots, roles, and moderation systems
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills in English
• Ability to de-escalate conflict, handle criticism calmly, and mediate disputes professionally
• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks
• Familiarity with community growth tactics, analytics, and user engagement
• Bonus:
  Experience in Web3, gaming, creator communities, or startups
• Bonus:
  Experience using moderation bots and analytics tools (e.g., Statbot, Combot)
