Deputy Store Manager

Deputy Store Manager responsible for overseeing sales operations within the store, managing store crew across all levels, and driving sales performance through strategic planning and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

Conduct supervision of sales operations occurring in the store

Understand product knowledge and take responsibility for all store crew levels

Assess customer profiles, current purchasing trends, and design daily activities to drive sales

Ensure store team provides good customer service to customers

Execute all store activities and operations in accordance with SOP

Achieve monthly sales targets as determined

Design sales strategies and activities for the team

About you

Minimum 1 year experience in Deputy Store Manager position

Experience leading teams in the RETAIL industry (Retail Furniture is a plus)

Able to operate Ms. Office (Ms. Excel, Word) for data recording and sales calculations

Experience in store operations with various types and quantities of products

Experience in operational store, display and visual merchandiser, stock opname, team development, and sales strategy design

Sales-oriented skills, team leadership, and good communication skills
