Outbound Sales Development Representative – Australia/New Zealand (Future Talent Opportunity). Remote-Australia.
This is a future opportunity in Remote’s evergreen pipeline. It is not currently an active opening, but we are actively connecting with talent for planned growth in 2025 and beyond.

What this job can offer youAs an Outbound Sales Development Representative joining our Sales team, you will contribute to Remote’s growth in the global employment space.
What you bring- Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Knowledge of Hubspot, Linked In Sales Navigator; Chorus is a plus)
- Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS tech company
- Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with strong listening and a positive, energetic phone presence
- Strategic and tactical thinking with a resilient, positive attitude
- Strong sense of urgency for achieving goals and deliverables; self-starter who brings new ideas
- Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
- Fluent in English
- Remote work experience is not required but considered a plus
- Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
- Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives
- Clearly communicate Remote’s value proposition and understand prospect needs
- Provide support to the Account Executive team as needed
- Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales
- Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
- Conduct outbound outreach to prospects from various sources
- Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle
- Report to: Senior/Manager, Outbound Sales Development
- Location: APAC
Remote’s Total Rewards philosophy aims for fair, competitive compensation and benefits aligned with location and role. Salaries reflect geographic pay differentials and market conditions. On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role range from $31,500 to $79,840 USD, with base salary representing approximately 70% of OTE. Actual compensation depends on location, experience, and business needs.
We support internal mobility and strive for pay equity, with compensation changes for internal moves reviewed by the Total Rewards team.
