Position OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and results‑oriented Sales Agent to join our sales team. In this role you will transform pre‑qualified leads into happy students via engaging, personalized consultations, and earn a performance‑based bonus.
LocationThis is a fully remote, contract‑based role. You can choose your shift: APAC / US / European.
Responsibilities- Connect with potential clients through phone and online communications to understand their educational needs and recommend the best course options.
- Apply consultative selling techniques to comprehend client goals and customize solutions that fit our offerings.
- Maintain a well‑organized pipeline of leads and efficiently track sales progress using our CRM system.
- Surpass monthly sales targets while positively impacting the overall success of the sales team.
- At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally with high‑ticket items or in the education technology sector.
- Outstanding proficiency in both verbal and written English.
- A strong history of meeting sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
- Comfortable with CRM software and familiar with sales tracking techniques.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
- Positive attitude with an enthusiastic and proactive mindset for tackling challenges and reaching goals.
