About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bancassurance Specialist to join PT PFI Mega Life Insurance in our Manado, North Sulawesi location. As a Bancassurance Specialist
, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our banking partners, with the goal of driving sales of our insurance products and services. This is a full‑time position with opportunities for career development within the organisation.

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to promote insurance products and services through our banking partners
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision‑makers at our partner banks
• Identifying and capitalising on cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities within the bank’s customer base
• Providing training and support to bank staff on our insurance products and sales processes
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop engaging campaigns and promotional materials
• Analysing sales data and customer insights to continuously improve performance
• Achieving individual and team sales targets in line with the company’s objectives

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Bancassurance or sales role within the insurance industry
• Strong understanding of the insurance and banking sectors, as well as the regulatory environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive business performance
• Highly motivated and driven to succeed in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
